a romantic experience

this year marks our second visit, and it was even more magical. i adored the ease of access to nearby attractions. the updated gym equipment allowed for wonderful morning workouts! friendly staff. the breakfast buffet offered so many delicious options each morning.
the room service menu felt a little limited. i hoped for a wider selection to enhance our evenings. maybe next year there'll be a bit more choice?!

the hotel is located very close to central station, a short walk is all it takes. access to various amenities around the hotel is very convenient. the convenience makes it perfect for exploring local attractions and enjoying nearby dining options.

our beautiful double room was immaculate and had everything i needed. the bedding felt luxurious, with such comfy pillows and soft sheets!! i found the lighting options to be perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere, and the seating was very cozy. the windows opened, so the fresh air was so welcome.

the hotel staff showed really good attentiveness throughout my visit. they assisted us so kindly with every request. javier was especially attentive, and his help was greatly appreciated. the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient too.

slow coffee machineaccess system
the self-check-in wasn't working, so that was a complete waste of time. breakfast seemed chaotic and the coffee machine was slow. plus, the access system glitched, locking me out of my room for twenty minutes. not ideal at all, i must say.

the location proved acceptable for city explorations.
The room temperature control was faulty. The air conditioning failed to cool the room adequately. moreover, the promised river view was obstructed by grime on the windows. I found bird droppings particularly displeasing. furthermore, the kettle provided was notably dirty. I had to request a replacement.

The room was gorgeous and so comfortable. it was modern and plush! the beds and pillows were lovely. the location was perfection. It was just a minute walk to st enoch square.
the staff weren't the nicest, sadly. the room was freezing. marks looked on the bedding and up the walls, too.
